  Greer's Chapel at So. Barrett Relivever

Project Description:

This project consisted of the realignment of Greers Chapel Road at its intersection with Barrett Lakes Blvd so that Greers Chapel Road coming from Barrett Parkway now intersects with Greers Chapel Road and Barrett Lakes Blvd.

The Greers Chapel Road coming from Cobb Parkway and Barrett Lakes Blvd was widened to four lanes with a 20 foor, raised median.

The section of Greers Chapel Road between Barrett Parkway and Barrett Lakes Blvd was also widened to a four-lane section with a 20 foot, raised median.

This is the first phase of a two or three phased project to provide congestion relief to Barrett Parkway by constructing a reliever more or less parallel to Parkway on the south side of Barrett Parkway.
